James McCraren

James McCraren is a Development Manager at Touchstone involved in support for all aspects of the development process including financial analysis, design and entitlement, due diligence, and project management.

Prior to joining Touchstone, James worked for Vermilion Development, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Chicago. There, he similarly focused on all aspects of the development process and worked on a variety of project types including market-rate condominiums and apartments, affordable assisted living, and public-private partnerships. James also has previous experience in commercial real estate lending.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural & Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois. James is active in NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds a real estate license in the states of Washington and Illinois.
