Paul Klansnic is a Senior Project Manager at Touchstone, responsible for project delivery from concept to reality. He handles a wide variety of tasks required to move projects forward, including due diligence research on potential site purchases, procuring entitlements and permits, managing the project design process, and constructing the end product.
Paul’s career in the building industry spans more than 30 years, and includes nuclear plant and bridge construction, a decade of commercial construction project management at Foushee and Associates, and 11 years as an independent construction management consultant. Paul has successfully managed a wide variety of projects from inception to tenant move-in across retail, technology, industrial and biomed, as well as church and health club facilities.
Paul’s experience managing projects from both sides of the table—as a contractor and owner, as well as representing both tenants and landlords—strengthens Touchstone’s ability to solve problems and serve our customers.
