Located along Seattle’s Boren Avenue between Stewart and Howell Streets, Hill7 is a ground-up development comprising 280,000 square feet of technology office. The ground floor features a comfortable “third-place” lobby with three integrated retail spaces that include both chef-driven and locally owned dining choices. Hill7 completed construction in March 2015.
