TROY BLOCK

Seattle

The Troy Block project is the redevelopment of an entire superblock in Seattleā€™s thriving South Lake Union neighborhood, integrating two historic buildings and bounded by Fairview Avenue, Thomas Street, Harrison Street, and Boren Avenue. The project includes 800,000 square feet of office space in two L-shaped towers, and provides a pedestrian through-block crossing with spectacular views of the Space Needle. The South Tower completed construction in June 2016, and the North Tower was completed in March 2017.
