James Marria

James Marria is a Development Manager at Touchstone, and is responsible for project implementation, organization, and support. He conducts an array of tasks related to financial analysis, advancing and procuring entitlements, design coordination, and construction support.

Prior to Touchstone, James worked for Aventine Development and Mohr Partners, where he gained industry experience analyzing opportunities, leading acquisitions, and managing entitlements. He has worked on a variety of projects employing his skills in collaboration, problem solving, and strategy to move projects through the development process.
